Halong bay is a dream wedding destination for us captivated by its outstanding scenic beauty. We chartered the beautiful Baitho Junk for our wedding cruise around Halong Bay with our close friends and family. The Baitho Junk is very comfort, clean and the amenities are well maintained.
We enjoy this trip and have a very great experience at Halong Bay. Although we stay at Halong Bay very short moment and could not have the wedding ceremony at the sundeck as we planned due to the weather threatened, but it is still a memorable and intimate wedding for us. The caring planner and helpful crews re-arrange our wedding in the Caravella dining room which decorated with flowers and balloons. We celebrated our special day in the romantic atmosphere with our guests and enjoy the foods prepared.
We felt regret that we could not fully explore the beauty of the Halong Bay and carry out other fun activities due to weather threatened and had to back to the harbor at evening. We like this place very much and would back to visit again. The hospitality and service we received, in addition fantastic onboard amenities and well organized excursions, are a lifetime’s memories we can affirm.

I've recently traveled to Vietnam, and I really wanted to recommend Hainam Travel for helping me organize my adventure. They arranged everything from being picked up at the airport, brought to my hotel. They also recommended and reserved for me to a three day, two night tour, a cruise night actually of Ha Long Bay with also first company and it was fantastic. And then at the end of my visit to Hanoi they organized for a private tour of the city which I absolutely loved. I got to hear all the history of Vietnam and really got to see how the locals live in the big city. So, really want to thank them for making my experience on this trip a very enjoyable one. And also I felt safe as they took care of everything including dinner reservations and great recommendations to local spots.

We've just back from a three-day cruise around the Halong Bay on the Paloma Cruise. We used Hainam Travel and Andy there was really helpful in helping us choose. The cruise was absolutely amazing. The drinks that you buy on board were not too expensive at all and perfect weather. Really nice group. The service was really, really good as well. The cabin was absolutely lovely. Really good facilities, I am pleased. And had my little kayaking trip and little venture to the beach, was absolutely lovely.

We've recently done the 3-day cruise with Dragon Pearl Cruise through Hainam Travel. They've been magnificent to us. Indochina Junk is a great company, a wonderful boat, with very good service, very specialized. And Hainam Travel being associated with that, they had that extra special. Both Andy and Tony have looked after us. It was a little daunting at first but once we got to meet the guys and go through the whole sequence, it was very reassuring and well worth the trip and the use of Hainam Travel. And the special bits of the extra phone calls, the extra reassurance. I think the service, above what you would expect.

The Phoenix Cruise was fantastic. It was as described. The thing I wasn't expecting was the service. Staff took care of everything - didn't have to worry. Luggage, food, timing, was all taken care of. Personally, I would have preferred more traditional Vietnamese cuisine and local food served onboard but I realise you cater for a certain customer. The room was amazing and I appreciate that the boat was fairly new. The tour guides were satisfactory both on the bus and the boat. One of them spoke really impressive English.
As for your own service, as I said before it was exceptional. You were informative, comprehensive and prompt and also patient to deal with my many questions to finally come to a final choice. My only regret is that I didn't get to meet you in person.

We did the two nights, three day cruise. It was sensational. The boat's beautiful. The crew has with all the Vietnamese people were friendly, and helpful and did, you know, anything they possibly could for you. And if I said there was a highlight of the trip, it was the dinner in the cave, which you only get, you can do that on the two night, three day cruise.
I'm not going to say anything about it, because I'll let you be surprised by it. But, the dinner in the cave was absolutely sensational. And we've come home, we've been contacted by the guy from Hainam Travel to check that everything was okay, and they're taking our feedback. It's been a fantastic experience.
